Pillars:
Mr Alex Cruz, the pillar of the group, has been considered in the Philippine Music Industry as one of the country‘s “ROCK LEGENDS,”; the original founder and member of Juan dela Cruz band and Anak Bayan; conceptualized Sampaguita; an Awit Awardee as producer of Grace Nono albums; producer of talented artists such as Grace Nono, Coco Jam, Kapatid and Makatha. A songwriter and a musician who plays the saxophone. Truly a great inspiration to the band who encompasses years of experience in the music industry.

Mr Norris Lopez, THE songwriter and poet of the group. To his credit...a member of Makatha (vocals), a composer of Passage Band’s “Ain‘t No High” and an Awit Awardee tucked under his sleeve.

Other friends who have collaborated and contributed to 524 are Mr Gio Alvarez for the song “TULIN” and Mr Epy Quizon for the song “Anak ng Jueteng.”

524 is a result of the members’ collective effort to put their musicality a step higher.

Having performed in events such as Oktoberfest 2008, SMART Events, Feté de la Musique 2007, Red Horse Beer Concert Series, Arts and Music Festival, RockED, Amnesty International...to name a few.

And now having completed their songs for their debut album...it is 524’s mission to share their own kind of music.....
