Now preparing for a multimillion US$ Filipino Citizens' Class Lawsuit against the PARI (Philippine Association Recording Industry), the KBP (Kapisanan Broadcasters Pilipinas), music magazines (PULP, etal.), record stores (Odyssey, etal.), Congressmen (& their lobby machineries) - for Conspiracy to repeatedly defraud the People of the Republic of the Philippines of the revenues, taxes, and benefits that would have been derived from the importation of these RIAA Music and similar foreign merchandise - that are instead, locally manufactured and distributed in the Philippines as if they are local produce - in violation of WIPO Treaties, while directly and unfairly competing, as a cartel in a betrayal of trust manner, with bonafide local music merchandising and business opportunities, tantamount to economic sabotage of components of the Philippine Music Industry.
